Honeycuspe: Experience Luxurious Waffles from a Food Truck in Portland

Awesome waffles!! We ordered the Daily special it had a perfectly cooked fried chicken breast smothered in bacon/sausage country gravy on a perfect golden crispy light waffle that held up to the gravy. We also ordered the Strawberry waffle with lemon whipped cream it was delicious.

Honeycuspe is my absolute go to for breakfast. Nearly every morning before work I’ll hit this truck. They’re so kind and passionate about what they do. Very wholesome. I started coming so often they gave me a free waffle to try!! Shoutout to Pac especially, he always brightens my day. (Cause im not always so stoked to be working ) Food is always fresh. Made with love.

Waffles are super light with slightly crisp edges and tear apart with little effort—it's easy to devour these quickly! The strawberry lemon compote was delicious but was not as "loaded" as other Google pictures show. Our favorite was the Madeleine with cookie butter but would recommend adding banana to make it even better.

Most gourmet food cart in Portland, hands down. Incredibly large portions! Owner is a really nice dude too, you can tell how much thought and care he puts into the food when you taste it.

We watched food park episodes for Portland Oregon and put this place on our bucket list. The food lived up to the hype, the waffles were incredibly light and airy. The breakfast version was good but the sweet version was where the waffles shined. We were really looking forward to the Pav'e potatoes but they were a bit overcooked and peeled apart in layers, still good though. The park itself was really nice with converted shipping containers acting as a bar, heated seating area and rooftop deck. Nice stage and the bathrooms were super clean. Would eat at again if we lived closer.

Got one sweet and one savoury waffle and both were delicious. The waffles were thinner than expected but that actually made them better in my opinion. The toppings were delicious with just the right bite of waffle. Very good place!

So glad my friend is obsessed with waffles and found this place! First we had the “strawberry lemon compote” & “Garden of Eros”…Woozers I’ve never had a waffle made sooo perfect. Crispy yet moist and flavorful After that epic breakfast, the rest of the trip. I was day dreaming about another waffle so hit this place up on the way out of town. 2nd time had Madeleine,Breakfast, pavē breakfast potatoes! Everything here is soooo good! This place definitely didn’t disappoint, my tastebuds at dancing

This place is a gem! So happy we opted to have breakfast for lunch today. Both the sweet and savory waffles were delicious and the side of eggs and hashbrowns were just as good. I'm not sure how 1 person made everything that we ordered so perfect, but he did. I highly recommend honeycuspe which is located in a very comfortable pod.
